Rotarian and Honorary Colonel Bernie Ouellet was called to the podium to make a special presentation. A Paul Harris was presented to Dave Albert in special recognition of his work as a Rotarian in the Club. Dave joined Rotary on January 5, 1987 and every year he has been at Camp Merrywood except for one, as short order cook. He has been on the Diners and Duffers Committee with Hugh Campbell for many years and has sold hole sponsorships for RLK, raising between $10,000 and $14,000 per year as well as helping with the Silent Auction. He has a smart wit and although short in stature, has a BIG heart. One of his more important jobs was chauffeuring the poker stars wherever they went. And he supported the Special Needs Christmas Party as one of the elves. Please join Bernie in congratulating Dave on this special recognition of a Paul Harris Award, his 5th.
